Business records
- Local operation stores each business in its protected PostgreSQL service on the selected host computer.
- Browser workstations communicate with the Nuvvo application service and never receive PostgreSQL credentials.
- Nuvvo AI answers supported business questions through approved application queries and does not upload the transaction database to an external AI provider.
Connected services
- Ecommerce processes the published catalog, storefront settings, customer order details and fulfillment updates required for online ordering.
- Eligible Nuvvo Cloud operation uses a managed PostgreSQL environment.
- Eligible logos, images, payment evidence and receipt attachments may be stored in managed object storage with access controls.
- Authentication, entitlement and authorized online requests are encrypted in transit.
Website storage and cookies
The public website uses essential browser storage to remember privacy acknowledgement and interface preferences. Advertising or analytics technologies should not be enabled without an appropriate consent choice. Shop storefronts may display platform-managed advertising where the applicable plan and platform setting allow it.
Your choices
We do not sell personal data. Business directory listing is optional, marketing communications can be declined, and published storefront information can be withdrawn by the business owner.
