By creating an account with Nuvvo Omni, you agree to use the service lawfully and protect access to your business data.
Plans, User Seat Caps & Deployment Models
Nuvvo Omni provides three standardized operational tiers (Free, Pro, and Enterprise) across two distinct architectures: 100% Offline (On-Premise) and Nuvvo Omni Cloud (Managed Dedicated VPS).
- Free Forever (Offline & Cloud): Free for 1 local counter register and 1 active user seat with up to 100 sales/day and zero cloud dependencies.
- Pro Tier (Offline — $29/mo | Cloud — $99/mo): Includes up to 5 active users. Offline Pro includes local LAN sync and unlimited local operations (additional local users at $5/user/month). Cloud Pro provides a dedicated managed cloud database for up to 3 branch locations with 10 GB NVMe storage (additional cloud users at $15/user/month).
- Enterprise Tier (Offline — $199/mo | Cloud — $599/mo): Full ERP capability including Fixed Asset Register & Scheduled Depreciation, 30/60/90-Day Predictive Cash Flow Forecast Hub, BOM Manufacturing MRP, and Timesheet Payroll. Offline Enterprise includes up to 30 local users running on your local server/LAN without recurring cloud fees. Cloud Enterprise includes up to 25 active users on a private high-performance Cloud VPS with 50 GB NVMe storage and 24/7 Omnichannel Connectors (additional cloud users at $20/user/month; custom clusters for 50+ users).
Tax-Exclusive Pricing Policy
All listed subscription fees, user add-on rates, and prices are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes (such as VAT, GST, or local sales taxes). Applicable taxes will be calculated and itemized during invoice issuance based on your billing jurisdiction.
Paid plans are offered on 1, 3, 6, or 12-month billing terms with an applicable 20% annual discount on 12-month commitments. When a subscription expires or is cancelled, entitlement reverts to Free Forever without deleting operational business data.
